As a researcher and strategist, I utilize a broad spectrum of qualitative methodologies—ranging from interviews and observations to usability testing, card sorting, and surveys—I meticulously design and conduct studies aimed at uncovering patterns and relationships. My goal is to generate insights that guide the creation of products designed with inclusivity and equity at their core.
I have worked with a range of clients, including Frameworks, Overbrook Foundation, PHI National, University of California, Los Angeles’ library, Ad Council, The Conservation Fund (Resourceful Communities Program), and National Trust for Historic Preservation (African American Cultural Heritage Action Fund).
I earned my B.A. in Human Geography from Dartmouth College and a Master’s of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
